Acceptance of Terms. By using https://sugarlanddietitian.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Our Services. Sugar Land Nutritionist delivers Nutrition Consultation, Weight Loss Program, Nutrition Counseling, Wellness Program, Health Education. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Sugar Land Nutritionist (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Sugar Land Nutritionist's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Sugar Land Nutritionist from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.
Modifications. Sugar Land Nutritionist may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
